We ask for a 12-month initial commitment, after which your membership continues month-to-month. This allows us to complete a full seasonal cycle of your home's systems.

What if I need service outside of my plan?

Members always receive discounted rates on any work beyond their plan's coverage. Your account manager will provide a transparent quote before any additional work begins.

Do you cover properties with multiple buildings?

Yes. Our Estate plan includes guest houses and outbuildings. For Essential and Premium members, additional structures can be added for a supplemental fee.
